Shiv Jayanti Celebrations

Tambewadi (Salunkhe Vasti): On the occasion of the birth anniversary of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, a series of social, cultural, and inspirational programs have been organized jointly by Jai Shivray and Shivsamarajya Pratishthan and RRI Skill and Knowledge Foundation. The celebrations aim to spread the ideals of courage, leadership, and social responsibility inspired by the life and legacy of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.
The celebration will commence on 17 February 2026 with a Blood Donation Camp, encouraging youth and citizens to participate in this noble initiative and contribute towards saving lives. The organizers have appealed to the local community to actively participate and support the humanitarian cause.
On 18 February 2026, a special guidance session will be conducted focusing on the life, administration, and visionary leadership of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. During this session, H.B.P. Shri Ravikumar Waghe-Patil will deliver an inspiring lecture and provide valuable guidance to the youth. He will elaborate on Shivaji Maharaj’s principles of good governance, discipline, bravery, and dedication towards society, encouraging young people to adopt these values in their personal and professional lives.
Various awareness activities and community engagement programs will also be organized during the celebration to educate people about the historical significance of Shivaji Maharaj and his contribution to building a strong and just society. The programs aim to inspire the younger generation to follow the path of integrity, leadership, and service to society.
The organizers have invited all citizens, Shivbhakts, students, and youth from the surrounding areas to participate in large numbers and make the celebration a grand success.
