Khandala: Students of IT Professional Lab, Khandala, in association with RRI Skill and Knowledge Foundation, organized a Fort Awareness and Heritage Preservation Campaign to spread awareness about the importance of protecting historical forts and promoting the legacy of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. As part of this initiative, students and volunteers gathered in large numbers and carried banners highlighting the message of “Save Forts – Preserve History.” The campaign aimed to educate the public about the historical significance of forts built during the era of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and the responsibility of citizens to protect and conserve this invaluable heritage.

Participants proudly displayed banners and flags symbolizing the rich history and valor associated with Maharashtra’s forts. The campaign also emphasized the need for youth participation in heritage conservation and environmental responsibility while visiting historical places.

Students from IT Professional Lab actively participated in the awareness drive and demonstrated strong enthusiasm toward social responsibility and cultural preservation. The event also served as an opportunity to encourage young people to learn about history, leadership, and the values represented by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.

Representatives of RRI Skill and Knowledge Foundation highlighted that such initiatives are important to build awareness among youth and to inspire them to contribute towards protecting historical monuments and cultural heritage.

The campaign concluded with a pledge by participants to support fort conservation efforts and to spread awareness among society about preserving the historical identity of Maharashtra.
